NEUTRAL CAPITAL: TENDERFOOT
In an extrapolation from the Neutral Capital Project, Tenderfoot incorporates elements of
documentary and narrative video concerning the quest for wealth in the Western United
States and Mexico with vernacular objects and rituals from piggy banks to wishing wells.
Tenderfoot is formed from an accumulation of parts, in collaboration with the filmmaker
Mike Parry, various local crafts people and a Tijuana horse racing handicapper.
